Job Description

  • Call potential and existing customers. Meet specific sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

  • Cold-call key decision makers.

  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with existing customers and prospective customers across the country.

  • Generate new business for the company’s services.

  • Quickly respond to new leads in a strategic, professional sales manner; efficiently utilize time management skills.

  • Inform customers about campaigns, orders, prices, spot airing process, and invoicing process.

  • Complete required sales order forms and other paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedure; prepare and submit orders with effective writing for current and new customers.

  • Plan and work towards meeting sales goals; coordinate sales effort with Sales Management, Administrative Team, and Collection Department.

  • Prepare for and actively participate in regular meetings and trainings within the organization and business development team.

  • Regularly meet with Sales Manager to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers; keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily pitch sheet and sales records sheets.

  • Represent and promote the company with integrity.

  • Follow company policies and procedures.

  • Other duties, as assigned.

  • Status: Full-time / Non Exempt

  • Weekly Hours: 35-40hrs (40 Hours is recommended)
