Frequently Asked Questions 

1. WHERE DO I LISTEN TO MY COMMERCIAL?

LSM Media emailed you an invoice with all your airing information. The invoice will show what station and time your commercial is playing. Additional information is displayed if you purchased commercials on a music app.

 

2. HOW DO I PAY MY INVOICE?

When your invoice was emailed, a link and the spot schedule were displayed for viewing. Click the pay link at the bottom of the invoice to pay by credit card or ACH. You can also call (877) LSM-MEDIA to pay your invoice over the phone.

3. WHAT IF I DIDN'T HEAR MY COMMERCIAL?

We schedule spots in a 3-6 hour time block. Sometimes, it can be challenging to hear your announcement. Please contact us if you want a free mp3 copy of your commercial. We value customer service and will do our best to get it to you promptly.

4. WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY COMMERCIAL OR AIRING DATE?

LSM Media values customer service. We will do everything possible to accommodate a script or airing change. We work with large and small radio stations nationwide, each with different time frames for commercial edits. 

 

5. HOW  DO  I CANCEL  A WEATHER, SPORTS, and NEWS REPORT SUBSCRIPTION?

LSM Media values customer service. We will do everything possible to accommodate a subscription cancellation. All transactions are final, and no refund will be issued for previous charges.  If you signed up for a subscription before September 30th, 2024, you are still subject to the 4-month minimum cancellation policy. If you signed up for a subscription after September 30th, you have a 12-month minimum subscription. 

6. CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND?  (REFUND POLICY)

When your sales representative spoke, they advised that our product goes into production immediately after purchase. Our representative also informed you that this one-time purchase cannot be canceled. At the end of the call, our representative asked for reassurance that placing the order was 100% okay. 

7. ROI ON COMMUNITY COMMERCIALS?  (RETURN ON INVESTMENT)

When your sales representative spoke, they advised that our product is not a regular advertising product. Community commercials that promote safety or any other cause the customer holds dear are not for regular advertising that delivers a significant return on investment.  Although community messages provide good public relations for your business and can sometimes give a little ROI, if you are interested in a strategic marketing campaign and want to run regular advertising, please email us at Lsmmedia@lsmmedia.net. We will gladly set up a plan for you. Please note that regular advertising that delivers a significant ROI needs to run for months, and the spend must be at least $5,000.
