Job Description

Create and send Invoices to clients
-
Prepare weekly radio station orders.

Work closely with all radio Station accounts
-
Requesting and pulling radio station affidavits
-
Answer phones
-
Work as a team with sales and customer service departments.

Make sure all orders are accounted forby Tuesday Morning.

Create and send bi-weekly payroll spreadsheet to our payroll department.
-
Time clock edits/management
-
Prepare resignation documents.
-
Onboard new hires
-
Generate Collection Lists. (every other day)

Complete Bi-weekly sales and collections department leaderboard.

Oversee Administrative Assistant
Qualifications

Knowledgeable of Microsoft Excel and Word

Able to learn new invoicing platforms and account systems.

Ability to maintain open and positive communication and relations with employees and clients.
