Job Description

Create and send Invoices to clients
-
Requesting and pulling radio station affidavits

Answer phones
-
Work as a team with sales and customer service departments.

Make sure all orders are turned in for production.

Time clock edits/management
-
Onboard new hires
-
Generate Collection Lists.
-
Complete Bi-weekly sales and collections department leaderboard.

Update Monthly birthday and anniversary memos for lunch room and zoom.

Assisting head administrator on completing any of their duties.
Qualifications

Knowledgeable of Microsoft Excel and Word

Able to learn new invoicing platforms and account systems.

Ability to maintain open and positive communication and relations with employees and clients.
